Unique Opportunity: One week workshop "Kinematic Aspects of Robotics",
April 29 - May 3, 2024, Linz, Austria

The Johann Radon Institute for Computational and Applied Mathematics (RICAM) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences is organizing a one week workshop on "Kinematic Aspects of Robotics" on April 29 - May 3, 2024 in Linz, Austria.

The workshop will cover a wide spectrum of geometric approaches to address classical and current research questions in robotics, ranging from algebraic and analytic methods for kinematic analysis, design, singularities, and motion planning to geometry-based machine learning. To foster the exchange of ideas, each presentation will be given sufficient time with room for discussions.

All presentations are invited talks by leading experts in the field, and the workshop provides a unique opportunity for attendees to meet and discuss current research questions but also novel applications from an interdisciplinary point of view.
