I4SDG 2025
The international congress I4SDG 2025 will take place from June 9 to 12, 2025, at the iconic ALTAFIUMARA RESORT & SPA (recently venue of the G7 economy summit). https://altafiumararesort.com/
The I4SDG congress, now in its third edition, IFToMM for Sustainable Development Goals, was established by IFToMM ITALY and the IFToMM Cross Disciplinary Group 1 (Securing our Future Environment - Air, Water, Energy). Its main aim is to raise awareness on sustainability issues, in the broad sense expressed by the SDGs defined by the United Nations (https://sdgs.un.org/goals), and to stimulate research activities that can impact these goals.
In our research activities, we often address fundamental aspects related to sustainability, such as studying solutions to improve working conditions, reduce energy consumption, and minimize material usage. Therefore, the I4SDG congress encompasses all the themes commonly developed within our scientific community.
You can participate with a full paper, which will be published in the Springer proceedings indexed by Scopus, or with an abstract.
The deadlines are:
Full paper or abstract submission: October 15, 2024
Notification of acceptance: November 30, 2024
Final paper submission: December 15, 2024
Early registration before: March 30, 2025
It is possible to propose invited tracks dedicated to specific themes. (Contact us if you are interested in proposing a track by September 30.)
Significantly discounted hotel rates and a shuttle service from Reggio Calabria airport (20 minutes from the congress venue) are available. All meals and coffee breaks will be included in the registration fee.
